Hi,

First i would like to say that im new to this forum . I am a US Citizen but am currently in Suriname, South America for business. The son of the President of Suriname is a very good friend of mine. Recently he asked me if I could upgrade the country's Counter Terrorism Unit by purchasing Weapons (150 rifles, 150 handguns (military versions)), .50 cals, ammo, bulletproof vests & vehicles, etc. As we all know, as a US citizen this is not possible, esp. Military version weapons. I will be needing licenses, papers etc. But what papers do i need from the Suriname government to be able to purchase these goods in the US? I have my own exporting business (USA-Suriname) but never had an order like this. I would appreciate all the help.

My suggestion would be to ask the relevant government departments of both Suriname and the United States. You'll get much more useful information from them than you will from an internet forum. Cheers mate.
