pentropic organization

I looking for information on manning levels for pentropic organisation trails conducted in the sixties, I found information on overall manning levels and how it affected the CMF but not how it affected the Regiments.

My questions are as follows,

How much larger did each of the Regiments grow by in extra numbers?
How much larger did the platoon /section levels expand by?
Would the increase in numbers under pentropic organization in todays defense force be accomplished with increasing the size of the Regiments without devaluing their effectiveness?

Check out the book Duty First by David Horner. Its a history of the RAR with a bit of coverage of the whole Pentropic ORBAT. Which BTW was not a trial but an actual change in the structure of all the Australian Army units, though a short lived one.
