Number of Aircraft in a Sqn?

Moin,
Just have a few questions or varification of Aircarft per Squadron.
I have found a few Documents in which the Number of JSF in an USN Sqn was displayed. Now the Problem is that some Documents there will be 10 JSF per Squadron and some say there will be 12 JSF. So whats right?
Concerning the USAF is it right that after the JSF and F22 all entered that all Sqn not matter what Aircraft they fly will have 24 Planes?(Even if they would fly Strike Eagle)=

I was under the impression that US squadrons were typically 12-18 airframes..... Russian squadrons are 12. 10 seems to be too low in my opinion.
