It's easy to get lost in here can u make it more simple so that we can follow instructions easier.

What exactly do you mean? The forum layout is extremely simple. There is a main list of the boards, with all the forums listed in order. When you click on each one you will see the threads, with the threads that have unread (by you) replies highlighted in bold.
