New guy, already asking for a favour

I'm new here, I am a defence enthusiast - I am mostly interested in the business and politics side-of-things. Been following news, reading policies, have some contacts in the industry - will be participating actively, as my job is somewhat related to defence.

I'd like to ask for a favour - if you have access to Jane's Defence Weekly online, could you be so kind and get me a PDF of a recent article by Duthie on defence offsets?
