Military Hand to Hand Combat

Hi Defence Talk readers,

I am new here and I am looking for foreign countries manuals on military hand to hand combat. Are there websites online or books where I can order it from please? I would like to have a library of self defense.

Have a look on the net for:

US Army Field Manual FM.21-76 (Survival manual) it will give you an overview and links to other US FM's.

A lot of countries military train in Krav Maga i think, the Israeli Defence Forces use it the most though afaik

The other thing I'd look at is ebooks.

If you have a programme like Emule. then do a search for "self defense" under type change it to documents and hit "search" (on "global servers")

you'll be surprised at how much you'll drag up.

Just find it so curious tat most of the mannuals on teh net are from the US military. Are there any from british or aussie?
