There is no single source. You better search for those which deal with the aircraft of your interest. Forums are good to keep up to date and learn more about many things, albeit one have to be careful.

Hi charles.
Personaly i prefere magazine like Combat Aircraft Monthly or Air International for the best Aviation and fighter coverage. I'm sure there are several good aviation magazine out there, and its THE best source for info on fighter aircraft.
Like Scorpion82 said, there is alot of icorrect/inaccurat stuff on the web..
