India Planning Export of Indian Missiles-Defence Minister

That is the problem with politicians as defence ministers-they are so insulated from the real market place- I think unless given away for free- in the open dog eat dog world of arms trade of today- not many customers could be found for largely unproven indian missiles. I am an indian, but it is best to be pragmatic- this probably is a statement in a poltical rally by Pranab Mukherjee- India will export missiles ! To whom pray.!

This thread is to commence debate on a statement in the defence talk about a declaration by the Indian defence minister stating that Indiawill commence export of its missiles- and also to find the views of the members about statements about defense sales by politicians.

vijay we do agree that Missiles not capable compared to others in international Market But bhramos is seen one likely Candidate.
India is Thriving to get indegenous capability and may be all this is maketing strategy.
Atleast something is better than nothing.
Atleast India could develop something which could be called a missile.
