India may launch a second nuclear sub within an year

Rumors have started to surface about the second Arihant-class submarine to be launched within an year. It all started a couple of weeks back when 4 naval officers were killed in an accident during installation of some heavy equipment. Media reported that the nuclear submarine (presumed to be arihant) was present in the dry dock. MoD clarified that arihant was undergoing trials at sea. Turns out it might have been the second sub "INS Aridaman" (suppressor of enemies) as reported by a hindi news website. It has not been picked up by the english site for the same network, nor reported by the network's english channel CNN-IBN, but the source is pretty reliable.
