I really think the only countries that ever had a real chance of getting the F-22 (as far as the wishes of the USAF go anyway) were the Australians and the Japanese. And as far as I know Congress has essentially banned exports of the fighter for the time being.

Australia will almost certainly be getting F-35's, and last I heard the Japanese are looking at developing a specialized interceptor version of the F-35. I'm not sure how far this will go however - the F-2 program (Japan's enlarged strike F-16 variant) ended up way over budget.

Give them the planes and then watch them give china the planes. They sold F16 blueprints to china which kicked them out of the JSF program. Now they have the balls to ask for the F22? Its not going to happen, atleast it had better not! We give these guys an estimated 3 billion dollars a year in form of 'military aid'. it would basically be handing these planes over to an undeserving nation that has stabbed us in the back in the past.

I've seen statements that Israel is China's second largest source of overseas weapons purchases, just behind Russia.
It's widely believed that a lot of technology from the Israeli Lavi program, itself based on the F-16, ended up in China's new J-10 fighter

Its not that I dont like them ..........[ Admin: Text deleted. That is highly inappropriate language for this kind of forum ]
What do yall think
