I can see this site in 3D vision, on my LCD monitor!

I can view this site on 3D, on my ordinary LCD monitor, I mean all the photographs, etc. How is this so?

Appears, the HD Radeon graphics card, high end, on the PC makes pictures seem like how children enjoy books which have stand up cutout's inside.
