Hello, I'm Anco and I live in the Netherlands, I'm a first sergeant in the Royal Netherlands Army.
By accidence I found this site. And I find this site very interesting.

I hope that I can contribute to this site, with a little feedback, reactions to topics and I will up load some photo's about the Royal Netherlands Army and Airforce.

A warm welcome to you and I hope to see you around the forum. Some Singaporean soldiers (medical/surgical team, UAV team and weapon locating radar team) have been by rotation deployed to Camp Holland, in Uruzgan province. I understand that the Singaporeans deployed enjoyed working with your fellow Dutchmen who were there. See post#13 of this picture thread for more details.

BTW, don't worry about your English, as there are many members here who are not native English speakers.

Thank you for the warm welcome....

I'm glad that my fellow Dutchmen left a good impression behind.
I've never had the honour to work with soldiers from Singapore...

But I have been the communication NCO at a Hospital unit and that unit have worked very intensly with the soldiers from Singapore at the Role 2 Hospital in Camp Holland.
And they were really positive about the soldiers from Singapore.

Maybe, in the future the Dutchmen and the Singapore soldiers will work together again with succes.

Let's hope so.
