Try using google. There is plenty of information available that comes up doing a simple search. If specific information is desired, i.e. the interesting bits like radar range, number of target tracks, etc. The actual, accurate information is most likely not available in the public domain, and anyone that had it would not provide it to those without appropriate clearances.
