"FAR's basic business model for these projects is as follows:

Search and Select a Solution Partner - the potential partner should be capable of conducting the required R&D and other related activities, while providing bridging finance.

Initial Marketing and Sales Efforts - conducted jointly with the Partner, to obtain a first customer.

Technological R&D - would be conducted by the partner, by a sub-contractor or as a joint feasibility study with a client. During this phase, FAR will contribute professional guidance project management and monitoring. Associated costs will be provided by the customer/partner.

License & Certification - Each system, component or application designed for aviation purposes must undergo an engineering and aeronautical development and certification process.

Marketing efforts - marketing and sales of the project to other customers will be conducted jointly by FAR and its partners.

Service & Maintenance - Service and maintenance will be provided by the partner.

Revenues - FAR will generate revenues mainly from royalties on sales, or by flexible revenue share structure, as agreed with the partner. FAR will also share profit generated by the development work, particularly from flight testing."

This is the typical relationship the Israeli defense industry has with the US... nothing new.

I would be a little concerned with the idea of the Mass Dispensers on the website. All it looks like is a Chemical or Biological Weapons dispenser. It even says for Active or Passive Weapons. Doesn't that mean WMD's? It concerns me that some Israeli company is working on a system to do that. That whats Middle East needs more of, WMD's and more ways of deploying them.
