georgia is still making Su-25's and mods in co-operation with the Israelis.
Antonov is based in the Ukraine. I can't recall where Mil are located.

Ukraine has a license which allows it to produce and export the SU-27.PAF was offered the Flanker and the MIG-29M by,First both Russia and Ukraine, second by Russia in the 90s.The aircraft proved to be good in terms of maneauverability etc, but were a nightmare in terms of logistics and maintanence and so naturally were not selected by us.

The ukrainians have only 60 su-27's in their entire airforce, I doubt Russia wants any CIS nation to build combat aircraft, the tupolev factory is an exception, as the entire industry (and design bureau) was located in Ukraine.

I cannot find any links online that state the Ukrainians build su-27's

The Only nation that builds su-27's are china.

the airforce has only have 60 AC, yeah !! have you seen the state of there economy, by building something doesn't mean you can actually buy them for your AF.

The Chinese are the Only ones building su-27's

Russia owns the su-27-and add ons, they build them.

Ukraine builds tupolev aircraft, the Ukraine builds the t-80 and t-84 tank, the mtlb, and the btr-94, the ukrainians do NOT build or have the ability to build the su-27, if they did they would have sold some by now.

I think the confusion re manufacturing the Su and the Ukraine lies in the fact that Irkut have taken over the Yakovlev facilities in the Ukraine. So combat aircraft are being built there as well. This is also an issue that they didn't want to have complete vulnerability by having all the production facilities around Siberia and middle Russia.

To all intents and purposes Irkut now controls the Yakovlev Design Bureau, and the Ilyushin Aircraft Complex. The former Yakovlev fighter factories are now producting Su's.

India produces the Su-30.
i think you mean they will start serial production next year. but you guys will have to sell your AC to other countries do you think INdia would manage to do that.

Not sure about Georgia but Ukranie has a Su-27 manufacturing plant and once the sale of those planes looked like a real possibility to PAF
