Chinese 052C DDG

How is Chinese type 052C (170/171) DDG overall capability compare against Japanese and US Aegis?

Not to sure about their capabilities because we really haven't seem any videos or pictures of 170/171 testing its missiles or firepower.

How is Chinese type 052C (170/171) DDG overall capability compare against Japanese and US Aegis?

Although it's going to be better than what they have at the moment, from that link I doubt it's going to be better than what the MSDF or USN can send out.

IMO I would think the new 052C DDG fits the PLANs need at the moment until the 052D comes out in a few years but dont quote me on that....

Whats new about the 052C is the 4 fixed active phased array antennas embedded into the walls of the substructure...two Type 730 CIWS are relocated to the raised platform in front of bridge and on top of the rear helicopter hanger
