Looks like a Beretta ARX to me.

You can see the similarities where the frame meets the magazine well, the stock design, flipped down iron sights on the rail, etc...

Almost looks like it is chambered in 7.62 x 39mm. Unless the Italians use a different pattern mag?

The ARX is available in 7.62x39 so I assume the rifle pictured is one of them. Don't know much about Beretta's preference with regard to magazines for NATO calibres.

EDIT: And the image I posted actually says 7.62x39 in the file name. D'oh!
