Well, it is not a Bear, but there are a pair of Mi-24R 'Hind' helis for sale in the Ukraine. No mention of price though, so it could be open to negotiation here.

Here is another for sale in the Ukraine, this one a Mi-24RV, for $750,000...

I will have to sit down and see what else I can find for sale now too. Personally, I would like to own an M-22 Locust, but that is just so I can fight my way through rush hour(s) traffic.

VEBEG is currently selling "Theodor Heuss", a named A310-304 VIP (mod) that was part of the Luftwaffe's Flugbereitschaft. Basically Germany's Air Force One (okay, she has an identical sister...).
Was used to fly around German chancellors etc, as well as soldiers on iirc at least one or two missions. Previously owned by the East German state airline Interflug, taken over by the Luftwaffe in 1991. Currently still commisioned, will be decommissioned June 30th. If you want them to (and pay for it) the Flugbereitschaft will even deliver it worldwide.
