Becoming an ADF pilot

G'Day everyone
I've been seriously considering applying to become an Australian Defence Force pilot (preferebly the RAAF, but helicopters would be awesome too) I start Year 12 in a few weeks and I'd obviously have to finish (and graduate:D ) before I'd be able to be an ADF pilot. Any suggestions from people with general ADF or other military (especially aviation) expierience on how to make myself as recruitable as possible would be appreciated. Any infomation about education, health, fitness and other selection criteria would also be helpfull. Also, I wear glasses. I've been told (by a 2FTS RAAF pilot) that glasses don't rule you out of becoming a pilot, but I assume there is a limit to how blind you can be and how much visual correction is allowed.
Thanks

The basics are here:

www.defencejobs.gov.au

Type in "pilot" in the search field and all the different options for service within ADF as a pilot will come up.

Other threads exist on the boards here with more general tips about entry into ADF. They aren't too hard to find...
