Any news on transfers of Spruance DDs to Pakistan, Turkey or Taiwan ?

I've been surprised to realize that all Spruance have now been decommissioned by the USN. There aren't any left, nor even in the Naval Reserve. Fine, there are 50+ Burke, still ... !

My question is more about the fate of those Spruance that had been earmarked for transfer to allied navies, officially (1 to Pakistan, 2 to Turkey) or not officially (? to Taiwan to replace the Knox FFGs).

Does anybody have recent news ?

According to latest unofficial news ,it seems Turkish Navy has refused the offer. I dont know about Pakistan.
