Hey everyone,
I’m currently preparing for the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) and looking for advice on structuring my workout plan.
My goal is to improve in specific areas like the deadlift and two-mile run, but I also want to maintain a balanced approach to avoid overtraining.
Right now, I’m thinking of alternating strength and cardio days, but I’m unsure how to incorporate exercises like the leg tuck or plank efficiently.
Do you recommend focusing on weak points or sticking to a full-body routine?
Any tips or success stories from your training would be greatly appreciated.
