Nope, and I doubt that is was ever considered. Bullpups are generally always useful as a 5.56.

The only bullpup that has been designed recently for the 7.62 x 51 mm (.308 Whinchester) is the new Keltec SUV. As far I know this weapon was designed for SWAT officers to have compact but powerfull assualt rifle. There are several models with different barrels lengths including sniper and CQB versions.
