AGENCE FRANCE-PRESSE, Greece said June 7 it was preparing to take its territorial claims against neighboring Turkey to the International Court of Justice (ICJ), following a decade of disagreement over airspace and maritime borders.
Two weeks after a mid-air collision between military jets from the Mediterranean rivals, which Greece claims was provoked by the Turkish plane overflying its airspace, a government spokesman said it was readying legal arguments for the challenge at The Hague-based U.N. court.
