DefenceTalk.com will be going into maintenance mode starting Monday, March 23rd, 2009 to Monday, April 6th, 2009; therefore all news updates are on hold until the upgrade is complete.
With advent of social networking, focus on Search Engine Optimization and WEB 2.0, more and more communities are changing how their websites interact with users by providing user friendly interfaces, more personal experience than ever before. Therefore, we will be doing away with systems we’ve relied upon for over 5 years and will be upgrading our infrastructure to something bit more modern, up to date and easy to use as DefenceTalk’s 6th birthday approaches at the end of the month (march 2009).
What is going to be updated?
- News section
- RSS Feed link changes for news
- Article Link changes
- Weapons DB
- Military Info
- Home Page
- Forums
- Gallery
