Oxfam, Loopholes in British arms laws have allowed the sale of military equipment to the Ugandan government, according to a new report by Oxfam released today. The equipment has since been used to violently quash opposition demonstrations. Oxfam criticised the British government for failing to do more to regulate its arms sales.
